Manoj Kumar Kumar is a highly experienced Principal Consultant with over 13 years of experience across enterprises, Fintech, and early-stage startups. He has a deep interest in exploring the entire software development lifecycle and is particularly passionate about solving problems in the UI/UX, QA, and DevOps space. His key interests include Developer Relations, Legacy Modernization, Cloud, Quality, Accessibility, Observability, and AI/ML Ops. Manoj is an avid open-source enthusiast and a committer to the Selenium and Appium projects. He is also part of the project leadership committee for Selenium. He has contributed to various libraries and frameworks like ngWebDriver, Protractor, and Serenity and has hosted his own projects on Docker and Kubernetes in the automated testing ecosystem. Manoj is a voluntary member of the W3C ACT-R group and a keen accessibility practitioner. Currently, Manoj works as the VP of Developer Relations at LambdaTest, where he leads engineering and project leadership committees for Selenium and Appium. He has previously worked at ThoughtWorks as a Market Tech Principal - SEA & Australia and Digital Accessibility Advocate. At ThoughtWorks, he helped set up a technical roadmap and technology solutions that support clients' business strategies and goals. He provided technical leadership across all areas of the enterprise to ensure delivery of exceptional technical solutions. Manoj has a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Selenium, test, QA, AI, Kubernetes, Docker, ML, DevOps, and UI. With 15.28 years of relevant experience, Manoj is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional with a passion for solving complex problems in the software development space.
